We know planning a camping trip comes with a few questions. From check-in details to what to bring along, we’re here to make things easy. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we get from our guests.
Do you take cabin reservations online?
No — all cabin and campsite reservations are made by phone. Give the campground office a call at (715) 335-6860 and they can check availability and book your site or cabin.
What age do I need to be to rent a cabin?
Guests must be 21 years old to rent a cabin. This ensures the person making the reservation can be responsible for the stay and follow park policies.
Can I bring my pet or smoke in a cabin?
No. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the cabins at Vista Royalle. This helps keep them clean and comfortable for all guests.
Can I put up extra tents or park another RV at my cabin site?
No. Each cabin site is for the cabin only — additional camping units, tents, or trailers are not permitted on a cabin site.
Are there speed limits and vehicle rules inside the campground?
Yes — all drivers must follow posted roads rules, including speed limits and signs, and passengers must remain seated in proper seats while a vehicle is moving.
Is there a quiet time at night?
Yes — like many campgrounds to keep the atmosphere peaceful, there are designated quiet hours. The exact time can vary by season, so check in at the office when you arrive or ask when booking.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes — the campground advertises Wi-Fi available in hotspot areas, though guest reviews occasionally note signal strength may vary depending on location.
Vista Royalle Campground is tucked right into central Wisconsin, making it an easy getaway whether you’re coming from nearby or making a longer trip out of it. Quiet enough to unplug, close enough to get here without a hassle.
